Does anyone know if Iksar has already gathered enough community feedback regarding balance?

No, there is never enough feedback. But yes we are still reading it, as always.

I asked about this on Twitter myself. The response I got was...less than helpful. I heard about what kind of feedback they like (Talk about how you feel in a nice way), but not anything about how to make it heard.

I did my best to help out but, as I explained, this is a great way to make your community not feel heard

If there was a specific thread on the official forums would that help? For what it's worth posts here on reddit or on the official forums are fairly unlikely to be missed, especially if they gain traction through other people and get upvoted (like some of your posts!). I read just about everything, though it's hard to respond to every post, twitter DM, or email.
