Casts when draw is barely a keyword because it tells you what it does for the most part when you read it. We wanted to save some space on those cards and now it is easier to skip over that text and focus on the part of the card you care about.

This is what I came here to say. This doesn't make sense. Either make it an actual keyword that explains the full effect on mouse over, including drawing another card, or still add the part where you draw a card.

Yes the tooltip has the full text and it still draws a card.
