Blizzard announced yesterday that a Japanese version of Hearthstone will be released this month.
On the Japanese promotion page you can sign up to get informed once it releases.

Just so everyone is aware, this is a promotion meant to welcome Japanese players. It’s my understanding that only Japanese players will be eligible to redeem a free pack.
