What is the link between King Togwaggle and Rafaam lore-wise?
I noticed that in the King Togwaggle encounter in the K&C campaign, Togwaggle and Rakanishu refer to Rafaam as their superior. When attacking, Rakanishu exclaims "For Rafaam!" and after defeating the player, Togwaggle says something along the lines of "Now to be showing new treasures to Rafaam." Does the king have a connection to arch-thief Rafaam? I couldn't find anything about lore connecting the two.
I couldn't find this dialogue on the HS wiki, so maybe it's been added after the expansion, to hint at an upcoming expansion (in a similar vein to Nightmare Amalgam/Experiment 3C teasing Boomsday). I personally would love to see the supreme archeologist return once more.
