It does indeed. If you get the Immortal Prelate deathrattle on Dah Undatakah you can keep snowballing more and more deathrattles.
Does it copy the deathrattles from 3 different minions? If, say, three loot hoarders have died and nothing else, will Da Undatakah get "Deathrattle: Draw 3 cards?"
Yes. In your example Da Undatakah would get three copies of Loot Hoarder's deathrattle.
