You won't. Prelate is shuffle THIS card back into your deck, not shuffle a COPY. Copy would give you two, but shuffling this card refers to it specifically, so it would be shuffled into your deck just once.
These two are going to have some freaky interaction, but I can't wrap my head around what exactly is going to happen if a buffed Undatakah with the Prelate's Deathrattle is killed and replayed.
If Da Undatakah copies Immortal Prelate's deathrattle, and that deathrattle triggers, it will be shuffled back into your deck with Immortal Prelate's deathrattle still on it. (As well as any other deathrattles it gained). When you replay Da Undatakah it will gain up to three more deathrattles on top of whatever it already has. This essentially allows you to keep 'snowballing' deathrattles!
