New Electra bug
Opponent has 1/1 Wisps with Soul of the Forest on them.
Before it used to work that if I played Electra + Lightning storm, it would clear the 1/1 Wisps, then the 2/2 Treants would spawn and the 2nd copy of Lightning storm would clear them as well.
Now, it just casts the Lightning storm twice on the already dead 1/1 Wisps.
Pretty sure it's a bug unless I missed some patch notes that detailed it to be the new desired behavior.

This change is intentional. While developing Zentimo and Spirit of the Dragonhawk we implemented tech to handle 'additional casting' in a generic way, and refactored Electra Stormsurge to also use this tech. Functionally, this changed the second cast from Electra to happen before death evaluation instead of after. This is consistent with Zentimo, Spirit of the Dragonhawk, and Hearthstone's general pattern of play a card -> let the board state settle -> evaluate deaths.
There are a few cards that defy this pattern but generally do so because the death evaluation is integral to their specific effect. (Ex: Defile, Poison Seeds)
Unfortunately we missed this in the patch notes due to the indirect nature of the change to Electra. We're discussing how best to avoid this in the future.
