I'm really curious how this interacts with Undertaker and Copy Effects.

If Undertaker keeps this AND other buffs, that'd be adorable.

If Da Undatakah gets Lucentbark as a Deathrattle, he will transform into a dormant Lucentbark when he dies. If you get Immortal Prelate as well, it's a matter of which Deathrattle triggers first: it'll either go into your deck or become a dormant Lucentbark.

If you use Shadowy Figure to copy Lucentbark, same thing. When it dies it becomes a dormant Lucentbark and resurrects as a base copy of Lucentbark.

I would assume in the order that he obtains the Deathrattles.

Correct; whichever pops up first during his Battlecry. Which is random.

What if the Lucentbark died first and then a Deranged Doctor died?

Depends on the order Da Undatakah gains the Deathrattles. They trigger in the order shown. If it turns into dormant Lucentbark and then heals, it will resurrect. If it heals and then turns into dormant Lucentbark, you're out of luck.

This card better counts torward to treant synergy.

Sorry, but Lucentbark is an Ancient. He's all grown up.

Presumably the other deathrattles also trigger, so if I played three of these in a games it'd copy all three and produce three dormant trees?

If Undatakah picks up three Lucentbarks, he will go dormant once. Just like with Immortal Prelate, it moves that specific card to either your deck or goes dormant. When Immortal Prelate gets double Deathrattle from Baron Rivendare, it doesn't shuffle in extra copies because that specific card is shuffling into your deck.

Would two other deathrattles trigger after going dormant though?

    Yes.
