Actual answer though, she has a legendary entrance but uses the standard Discover, so the cards insta-appear in your deck and your next Discover pops up.
That is indeed what the card does. If you have more cards, they're deleted - this is your new deck. If you have no cards, congrats! You have 10 more cards than you did.
Liv, Are there any additional rules applied to the discoveries similar to Arena buckets? Can you get epics and rares together? Are their weights toward spells?
She follows normal Discover rules. So your class and Neutral. The cards that you're offered don't care about rarity, spell/minion, etc.
