Question to the devs: How will Soularium into Plot Twist work?

So I'm GUESSING that no cards will be discarded if you play this combo on turn 3 (since the cards which are set to be discarded have been shuffled back into your deck). Does anyone KNOW how this will work (or can one of the devs confirm)? Thanks.

    If you recall, they did some changes to what cards 'remember' when going from X zone to Y zone. Ex, a minion that is shuffeled from the battlefield into the deck will lose its buff, a minion that is buffed in the deck and put directly into play will keep its buff.
    The general rule is that the normal order of zones is Deck => Hand => Play => Graveyard
    As long as a card follows this order it will keep buffs (you can skip zones too). If a card goes against this order it will not keep buffs. Sap moves a minion from play to hand, it will lose buffs. Cards may also go Hand => Hand or Deck => Deck and keep buffs (ex Azalina Soul Thief, Archbishop Benedictus).

    Assuming that Soularium's 'discard at end of turn' effect is a buff, and the cards would go from Hand => Deck which is against the regular order, they should not be discarded (regardless of whether you re-draw them or not)

    This is correct. Moving backwards in zones (from hand to deck) would clear any buffs/debuffs. So you can Soularium to draw 3, shuffle into your deck, and keep all the cards. Even if you draw the same cards that got Soularium'd, they'll be clear of the Discard buff.

    Woah thanks for the response! I'm loving the devs communication recently. I got a question for you. What's your favourite card of this expansion?

    Swampqueen Hagatha or Forbidden Words. Hagatha because she's just so AWESOME! And I thought Forbidden Words was a really clever turn on the Forbidden cycle from Whispers of the Old Gods.

    But deck archetypes I like Bomb Warrior the most. The most satisfying thing is to load up their deck with Bombs and just wait. If you wanna be really cheeky, you can throw in Hakkar too.

    What’s the interaction between Plot Twist and Augmented Elekk? Does it shuffle 2 copies of your hand? Do you draw double the size of your original hand?

    You shuffle in an extra copy of each card in your hand. You draw the number of cards you had in your hand.

    What would be the interaction with Vargoth into Soularium; does the aftercast discard or not? Same for Fel Lord Beltrug that summons Vargoth, I assume it will recast Plot Twist and summon more minions, do these die at the end of turn (since end of turn effects summoned during end of turn don't activate when it comes to minions)?

    If you Soularium with Vargoth, at the end of your turn he will draw you three cards that will Discard at the end of your next turn.

    If you have Betrug on the board and he summons Vargoth, Vargoth will get to trigger before he dies at the end of the turn.
