Congratulations on 1,000,000 subscribers from the Hearthstone team!
From everyone on the Hearthstone team, congratulations on 1,000,000 subscribers, Reddit!
Since Hearthstone’s launch in 2014, it has been our honor to watch this community grow alongside our game. Over the past 5 years, the Hearthstone team has been following along as you’ve shared thousands of incredible pieces of art, jaw-dropping gameplay clips, passionate and honest feedback about our game, and of course – countless contributions to the Hearthstone meme economy.
Our team feels incredibly lucky to have such a passionate and creative community, and we can't wait to see what else is in store for /r/Hearthstone. Once again, thank you and congratulations - now on to 2 million!

Reaching 1,000,000 subscribers is an awesome achievement! Congratulations!
I was lurking the subreddit long before I started my job at Blizzard, and I still visit daily. Even now if I type "r" in my url bar, /r/hearthstone is the first thing that pops up. It's always nice to drop by and read the hot topics of the day, witness weird gameplay clips and interactions you thought you'd never see, or just get a feel for what's going on in the community in general.
Fun Fact: While working on writing Easter Egg lines for Hearthstone, we'll often get close to cutting something because it's just so rare, but the commentary always pops up "Well... you know someone on Reddit will find it and make a post about it." And it's true! The community has been awesome at sharing these little moments since the dawn of Hearthstone.
I'll be keeping my eyes peeled in the near future to see what little interactions get shared with the upcoming single player content, although I hope for the mod's sake we don't have another Tess/Whisperer moment...
Thank you guys for being such a passionate community!

Congratulations, /r/hearthstone!!
I don't post often here but pretty much lurk daily. I love trying out the decks I see here, going here to see the which champions I should choose, laughing at the weird plays posted...
But since I head up the Mission Team, my favorite thing to read here are the crazy stories from the Dungeon Run or other modes. Keep 'em coming! All 999,999 of you! (I counted.)

Congrats /r/Hearthstone!
1 million subs is an incredible achievement and it's been amazing ride watching this subreddit grow since the early days of Hearthstone. I've loved all of the dank memes, incredible stories of Hearthstone bringing friends and family together, "Night before *expansion*" poems, and all of the speculation during reveal season. You've helped make the game and our community what it is and I can't thank you enough for that and how much I appreciate you.
On to the next million! <3
