When will the single player campaign release?

Sorry for my ignorance, I can't seem to find any tentative release schedule for the new single player mode

Glad to hear you're interested in the new single player campaign! We wanted to give everyone a few weeks after the expansion before talking about it more, but stick around, here's the plan:

Next week on Thursday May 9th we'll post a video where Mission Designer Giovanni Scarpati will walk you through all the stuff to come. We'll also be announcing the launch date (don't worry - it's soon!). There's a LOT to talk about, we're pretty fired up about it. Stay tuned for more!

As a free to play player the decent-sized gap has sucked something out of the excitement for me. I don't mind investing 2800G for 12 packs and some fun solo content (and a legendary to play with) but now we are one month in I'm already 1750G into saving for the next expac... So I'm going to be further behind each expansion. Has it been announced if this is a regular plan going forwards each expansion or just a year start thing?

From past experience, we definitely don't want to drop single-player content at the same time a new set releases again - it really split up the player base. But we're still tinkering with what the optimal wait time should be. Do we want to give people more time to save up gold? Or do we want it to be closer to the launch since it's a big part of the expansion's story? Feedback like yours really helps. Thanks! (And I hope the wait isn't too long for you, we're really excited about this missions this time around!)
