Does the opposite side of the board need to have slots open for minions?
Will the spell be un-castable if the opposite side has seven minions?
If the opposite side has six minions, will just one bee spawn? Or will one spawn at a time, so if what they're attacking has at least one attack then all four will spawn and die in sequence in that one open slot?
They're your bees, not your opponent's.
If you have 7 minions, you can't cast it.
If you have 6 minions, you get a single BEE! They summon first, then attack. You only get the number of bees you can accommodate.
