If it was the other way around, I am sure I could get to the top of the front page with a thread about the 'stealth price increase' but as it stands I don't have a good angle to get karma :(

    Hi all, we’ve dug into this; here’s what’s going on. This set was designed to have the same number of cards in their respective rarities as all recent expansions, and the discrepancy pointed out here with one more rare and one less epic wasn’t intentional. We’ve discussed this with the team, and we will not be adjusting the rarity of cards for the Rise of Shadows set. And you can rest assured that this doesn’t have any effect on the relative power of the set.
