Who is the dragon on the right?

Hey guys. Anyone know the dragon that is next to Alexstraza (I believe?). I’m not well versed in WoW lore and at first I thought it looked like Malygos. Apparently he is on the ‘League of Explorer’ side so I think the blue dragon in the picture is a different one.

I did look up Dragons on Wowpedia and the most similar looking one happens to be a one called Murozond. Is it him or some other random dragon?
