I think u/skiman71 is wrong. The Oaken Summons after Barnabus can summon like an 8 drop and Psychmelon will draw 0 cards even if you have from 7 to 10 base cost cards. The Master Oakheart after Keleseth will recruit 0, 1 and 2 attack cards that were buffed and Crystology will also draw 0 attack ones. After Academic Espionage, Bwonsamdi will draw all shuffled minions.
So, Pshychmelon after Embiggen draws a 6, 7, 8 and either 9 or 10 base cost cards.
I'm more concerned about the interaction with Molten Giant. Does Embiggen sets it's base cost to 10 or no? u/puffinplays

Embiggen affects the Cost and stats in deck. Psychmelon will pull off the adjusted Cost, so Hogger will get drawn after playing Embiggen. Master Oakheart will also pull off the new cost, so Wisp will get pulled, but SI: 7 Agent will not after playing Embiggen.
Don't worry, Molten Giant keeps its original cost. Cards that directly affect their own Cost (Wing Blast, Scorch) apply their effect after other cards' effects. Embiggen checks if it Costs more than 20, which is true, so it doesn't apply the +1 Cost. Then Molten Giant applies its Cost reduction.
