It's been great reading everyone's thoughts and opinions on the Specialist format. We will be using this format for the first season of Grandmasters and our first Masters Qualifier season and Masters Tour event, after which we will evaluate the format and either continue using it or adjust it based on community and pro player feedback.
Deck-building and piloting are key components for any Hearthstone competitive format, but for Specialist, we're most excited about how accessible it will make competitive Hearthstone. Since a player only needs to bring their favorite deck with a few variations, this new format is open to the vast majority of the Hearthstone community.
