We need your help Reddit - iPad game crash

Hey everyone,

After some time as a daily reader of this sub-reddit, this is, I think, my first post on r/hearthstone and unfortunatly, it is to complain.

I know I shouldn't, but I "waste" a lot of money on hearthstone. I say waste because the money I spent vs.the status of the game in the last couple of months is ridiculous.

I was given an iPad as Xmas gift, mostly to play HS. I usually play on Android but I wanted a tablet because of my phone performance.

After months of Shamanstone being unplayable for mobile on SoU, now the game is unplayable on iPad for over one month, where every game crashes, even opening the collection crashes.

Blizzard makes it clear, by the "looking into it" posts and lack of informations, that they don't care if there's not enough noise.

I am not anyone to complain because I give them a lot of money, but I know that many of you do the same and just want to enjoy the money you spend.

This has to stop, every bug or little problem turns into a big problem with very little feedback from their side, and we allow them.

Since "every voice matters" seems to actually be have a minimum requirement of voices to actually matter, please make yourself heard if you are not allowed to enjoy what you love doing.

TLDR: we can't allow bugs/crashes that make the game unplayable for some keep taking months to solve.

Sorry if I mistype, english is not my native language.

You might want to make a post about it. I'm sure it would make some iOS players very happy.

We actually just made a tweet about it.
