16.2.3 Update

Hey Friends,

Just a short time ago, we started rolling out a small client update that addresses the following issues:

Fixed an issue where de-syncing (a discrepancy between what the client shows vs. what is actually occurring on the server) would sometimes occur when Soul Juggler was dealing damage or when Deathrattles spawned minions in Battlegrounds.

Art for Heroes + Hero Powers will now properly populate on mobile devices when the optional data download is paused.

When the Air Raid Twinspell is played, the copy generated will now be the correct rarity.

Risky Skipper is now a Pirate minion type, as originally intended.

Spin ‘em Up and Small Repairs will no longer have their mana cost displayed in red when generated from Keeper Stalladris.

I love battlegrounds but I feel like the only way to win now since they removed nightmare amalgam is to play demons or play Tirion and play minions without an archetype.

I'm curious: do you miss Amalgam or do you wish Amalgam would return?

Can we get a fix on the recruit/combat spoiler, which tells you if you have won or not, in battlegrounds?

This will be fixed in the upcoming 16.4 update :)

Was there any fix/update on the Battleground result discrepancies between two players? It had happened to me and a friend and I think I saw a post on here before about it happening to another pair of players. This is the one where the results you see are different than the results an opponent sees and can result in both players losing a round and taking damage (different amounts).

This is actually part of the de-sync issue I mentioned above... this should be resolved!

I think the removal of Amalgam was something good for the game. Amalgam was onmipresent, and no strat could hope to survive without it.

That being said, Amalgam gave poisonous to all line ups, so super beefy minions was not such a viable late game strat. Without Amalgam, the stat amassing demons have a big advantage on the game, even if they dont always finish first place.

Maybe adding some dual-tribe minions in T3 could be an answer to this situation?

Hi Chris! Did this patch address the Boompistol Bully interaction with cards drawn by Rogue's Galakrond?

This did not but we are looking into this one!
