Battlegrounds is moving so fast now, minions are just disappearing

Is this happening to anyone else? The plays are playing out so quickly that, for example, the minions spawned from deathrattle aren’t even spawning, they just disappear and at the same time their attack power subtracts from an opposing minion. It’s bizarre. We wanted faster, but not this fast 😂

    The crazy Combat animation speed-ups and skipping animations/attacks is a bug, we're looking into it. Sorry about that.:(

    (The faster minion drop animations in Recruit are here to stay though, go Deryl go!:))

    I love it! I went to school for it last year and was thrilled to land a salaried work from home copyediting gig in January. It is indeed challenging but satisfying! :) iiiiiii pretty much just play Hearthstone, lmao. Hubby has convinced me that I need to play Warcraft, too, but I don’t feel like I have the spoons to take that on right now! So, someday!

    Oh girl, I hear you on running out of spoons. I hope whenever you do get to WoW it's awesome for you!

    Man what perfect timing on a WFH gig (to the point where I wish it had been a little less perfect in the direction of us, y'know, being allowed outside still, haha). I feel like that says really good things about your skill too - I think it can be easy to say landing something so quickly is plain lucky, but it never happens without you having worked your butt off to be ready for it, so good on you! Even better that you enjoy it - what are your favorite parts?

    Haha, it’s okay! “Unskill,” I kind of like that. I apologize for misgendering you; thank you for generously assuming/understanding that I meant no harm :) I don’t work in games, I just play them! lol. I’m a copyeditor.

    Ah it's all good, I appreciate you being cool about me clarifying.:) I don't think it's ever really easy to know if someone's an enby by looking at them, I don't fault people for it.

    How do you like copyediting? I'm (ironically, given how I write lol) always very fond of clear, succinct writing, it seems like a very challenging but satisfying job! Also which games you been playing lately?:)

    Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to me! This is really helpful and informative. I don’t mind the skipped combat animations nearly so much knowing that they’re helping me stay on par with everyone else on my slower iPad, and have more time in the recruiting phase (where I would regularly run out of time, previously, like you noted in your edit). You rock, btw <3 I love seeing other women killing it in the gaming industry!

    I'm SO bad at replying to compliments, sorry, it's like the worst unskill ever. But omg, thank you!<3 I'm actually nonbinary, but it always makes me so happy to see women and enbies kicking ass in games too! (And I spent nine years in games presenting as a woman, so, very familiar with the ah, experiences lol.)

    Do you work in games as well? Femme fistbump either way!:D
