Priest theme this expansion is probably going to be about Nether dragons. The dragonmaw clan in the Burning Crusade expansion in wow is the clan trying to tame/enslave those dragons.
This one on the card has a boot in his hand in reference to the daily quest during BC where you would disguise as a fel orc and "motivate" peons by kicking them with a boot boomerang. We can even see crystals in the card art, as this daily quest was in a zone with huge crystals everywhere.
