What happens if Waste Warden hits NIGHTMARE AMALGAM, and there is a murloc, dragon, demon, and mech on the board? Are they all destroyed? Maybe one other at random is destroyed?

They all get hit for 3 damage each.

Can you add waste warden to battlegrounds somehow?

I mean... it's a Battlecry. It would just damange your minions and minions in Bob's Tavern. Seems counterproductive if you ask me. /shrug
