I didn’t get my free deck
So I started playing again day 17 after the stream after more than a year without playing, I got the whole “welcome back missions” and everything. And the free deck today is nowhere to be seen, anyone else is having this problem? A friend of mine started playing just a couple hours later(still the 17) and got the same “welcome back” experience, but he did get the free deck. Where should i ask for help?

Is it possible that you're still in the New Player ranks? If you can DM me your battletag and region, I can have our engineers look into your account situation!
Definitely don't want any eligible people to miss out on this, so if there is an issue, we want to get to the bottom of it.

If there are any bugs, we definitely want to solve them, let me assure you.
Confusion seems to be our biggest issue right now. We're working on a post that clearly lays out who is eligible, and what you need to do, to try to help solve that.

With that said, we're also doing a lot of investigation to make sure everything is working as intended. We're going to keep looking at reports and investigating things on our side and we'll provide more info on any possible issues as soon as we have it.
