Kael'thas isn't limited by turn. It's every 3rd minion, period.

This is correct, it's every 3rd minion. It carries over each round.

The way I'm reading Maiev's hero power is it would instantly go to your hand when it awakens.

This is correct. Once the two turns of being Dormant are up, you get that minion in your hand.

Any news on fixing the Mobile (enemy) Mana bug?

We have this fixed in an upcoming patch! This pesky bug was a little more troublesome than expected but never fear, the fix is coming!
