Has there been any confirmation on whether being able to see Galakrond if it is invoked whilst in hand is intentional or not?
It seems like a bug to me, I don’t know why they would make it visible but only if you’re paying attention when they invoke goes off.
Has there been any word on this? Do you think it should be this way or not?

Pretty sure that's a bug. You didn't see C'thun getting activated in your opponent's hand and that was a similar effect.
