Hey, clarification here. Something must've happened in the video (Miscreant was most likely given rush from an unseen source) because the minion does not gain charge when you take control of it. Works like Cabal Shadow Priest rather than Shadow Madness. Sorry for the confusion!

According to the video in the stickied comment, the stolen minion can attack immediately (kinda like Shadow Madness).
