At level 39. Is it possible for me to get to level 50 doing just quests before new expansion drops?

I missed a month or so of quests due to work, but as of recently have started doing all of them. Currently I'm at level 39, but as the level requirements get higher and higher I'm wondering: Is it even possible to hit level 50 now?
