      @IksarHS This. A 100% this. I could not say this better. Not to say that you should do it, but the people i look up to do it.

        @TheDiscoPower @IksarHS I imagine the reason they preach the opposite is because it doesn't actually work. They've done the 16 hour day thing and realised they could have achieved the same thing in less time while maintaining their sanity. no one is productive after a certain point without drugs

          @rattleclaws @TheDiscoPower Is that certain point 40 hours a week you think? 35? 53? I imagine it probably varies by person.
