@bmkibler We got like 2-3x amount of house for the money than we would’ve in California (moving in a couple of weeks). Also, no state income tax, ability to play poker, lots of concerts/sports/ other entertainment etc.

@Savjz @bmkibler I would recommend it to anyone that can get out of here. We have family and work in socal but if I didn't have direct ties I'd be gone SO FAST.

@IksarHS @Savjz There’s a lot I like about it, but the cost of living is certainly not one of those things

@bmkibler @Savjz In order to own a 3 bedroom in a nice area in OC you basically need a 250k+ household income at a minimum. And for this I get.... no land, no nature, and heat beating me in the face 350 days a year.
