        @schoefty this is false with the exception of the 8 starter mercs which are always considered collected and are not in packs. otherwise the only way to get a portrait first is to buy a preorder bundle

                @schoefty i would guess one of two things: -one of the launch bundles gave you illidan but the pop-up bugged/didn't show or got clicked through too fast -you opened base and diamond illidan in the same pack and clicked the portrait first

                          @schoefty the bundles in the store use the same logic as the guaranteed slot in a pack, so they check to see if you can play with the card or not. explained here https://t.co/Npt7F2ArR0
