I want to share a bit of my life perspective to help explain why cards like Ooze or other sub-optimal choices trigger me so much. Yes, part of the frustration is that the card sometimes counters a deck I like to play. But there's more to it than that...

My general approach to life is always trying to improve and be a better version of myself today than I was yesterday. This could mean working on my body, learning a new skill, or exploring a new hobby. I'm always looking for ways to make myself into a better me...

To achieve that goal, it's often vital to look for what you have been doing wrong so you can figure out how to be less wrong next time. We're all wrong a lot. But sometimes it's hard to figure out where we're going wrong, and in that respect, data is very important...

Now it's one thing to have a different interpretation of the data and try to support it to test whether one is truly right, but seldom do I see anyone doing so. Instead, I often see players taking data they don't like and ignoring it or playing it down.

We only have one life to live, and I want people to be the best version of themselves they can be. I like to offer that help to others as much as I like receiving it. We can't force it on others; I'd just like to see more curiosity in people about how they could do better

@J_Alexander_HS Is playing almost exclusively Rogue the best way to play/enjoy Hearthstone? (Not trying to be confrontational here, just wanted to hear your response)
