@ben_heathstone Normal BGs game most of the time, normal starting health. Every 4 turns, everyone else fights you (and can take damage) instead of someone else. Diablo sees *one* of those fights, and can take damage if he loses *that one*. The loot is new, temporary treasures.

@Celestalon @ben_heathstone Is there anything to stop people from quitting every game they join until they get Diablo? I'm really worried there's going to be a lot of ghost town games for a few days.

@MistmooreDK @ben_heathstone The same could be said for other new heroes, but we don't tend to see that except at extremely (artificially) low ranks. Regardless, part of the fun of Diablo is that everyone is involved. If you're not Diablo yourself, you're still fighting against him, getting his loot (maybe).
