      @ZeddyHS @PlayHearthstone We logged this bug yesterday and it should be in the next hotfix. It’s an easy mana change to the sub-cards. We know about these things Zeddy.

        @Songbird_HS @ZeddyHS @PlayHearthstone I wish they would also take a look at Flightmaster Dungar in Arena. Summons nothing if you chose the first flightpath. Had the same problem a while ago in duels :/

          @stemarO_O @Songbird_HS @ZeddyHS @PlayHearthstone Exactly, why say nothing? "You know these things", so you know Tyrantus has a bug but you haven't said anything about it, and the card is still bugged weeks after the bug was discovered.

            @bbboyce18 @stemarO_O @ZeddyHS @PlayHearthstone And this is why I choose not to engage. I'm not a community manager and I'm not obligated to communicate. There are always small bugs on live after a patch. We rarely know about them before release, but sometimes patch timing means we can't act even if we do. We'll fix them.

              @bbboyce18 @stemarO_O @ZeddyHS @PlayHearthstone If a bug hasn't been fixed it's not because we don't want to fix it. Fixing a bug internally is much much easier than shipping a fix to the live environment. That just unfortunately takes time. Tyrants is coming. He is best dino.

A mistake in changing the collectible copy of a card instead of a token during development, that went uncaught due to it being from a very old set that made it easy to miss. Not great, but bugs happen, and take time to fix.

A lot. 99% of bugs get caught during development, but some do get through and we prioritize fixing them as best we can. Especially during large launches of new things, that whole process can go slower than we’d all like due to the increased traffic.

Whereas the impact of the Oasis Ally bug is much higher, so it gets priority.

Is it a more systemic issue causing the problem? Is the Unity update going to help streamline bug fixes in the future?

In this case, it’s super low impact, so we just make the change in the earliest still-localizable branch, and let our normal localization process handle it.

Patch timing, mobile authorizations, localization, etc. Something that seems like an easy fix might take more time than you think it should. That doesn't mean we aren't fixing the bugs as fast as we can.
