I don’t think it should be surprising to learn that dev teams prioritize bug fixes, or that the prioritization process includes an assessment of how many people are affected by the bug and how badly they are affected. It would be incredibly stupid to do it any other way.

      @hsdecktech @Celestalon How long do you think it would take them to fix the card text on Tyrantus?? 5 minutes? Yet they spend weeks making sure you can spend $100's on mercs coins. Nice strawman argument of 'either or' by the way.

        @mackmack @hsdecktech @Celestalon Fixing a bug internally is quick. Shipping that bug to a live environment is not always quick. Also, not the same team that handles Mercs or the shop.

          @dawniedk @hsdecktech Yeah, they need a consolidated list like the old pinned ones. If I’m looking to see if the Tyrantus bug has been logged (lol) I don’t know what patch to look under, and pins can help a lot with finding the official compilations

            @smileykrisHS @dawniedk The Known Issues posts can’t and aren’t intended to contain all issues—just notable ones, of major impact to the community—it’s a judgment call. Which is to say that I’m pretty sure Tyrantus isn’t mentioned on any of the posts.

      @hsdecktech Totally understand.. yet i seemed to be the only one affected for 6+ month by a bug that crashed the game completely when eviscerate was played (took me a while to find out which card bcs i didnt see it)

      @hsdecktech Was the friends list bug prioritized very highly? Took a while to fix but it was a client issue and not an in game issue. I guess my question is do in game bugs take priority over client ones? Best toasti

        @shiawasena_hs I’m not involved in the triage process, so I can’t say, but from what I could tell from the parts I saw is that it was harder to fix because it involved coordinating between teams (one of which services all of Blizz, not just HS) instead of just having one HS team involved.
