@hsdecktech Yeah, it was fun. I don’t think it deserves to be the worst rated MCU film at all. Its definitely better than Thor: The Dark World, and I’d put it higher than several others as well. Probably should have been a show instead of a movie so they didn’t have to compress so much

@SwagoiEdelweiss Yeah, it definitely felt like a show to me with how they covered like a dozen different historical empires over 7000 years.

@hsdecktech I loved the Celestials and some of the fight scenes (plus Ajak, Kingo and Phastos), but overall the movie was a C- for me. (Just okay, as you said.) Very heavy-handed and manufactured tension, unclear time jumps, hard dumps of exposition, etc. I really wanted to like it more.

@hsdecktech Apparently a lot of it was accurate and faithful to the comics too, so that's good. But again, I didn't feel invested. (Hard as I tried.) It might've been better as a longer Disney+ series so plot points weren't rushed. (Plus the end with Ikaris was just silly.) 🤷🏻‍♂️

@SquiddyHS It definitely had a strong feel of classic comics--from the looks to the story and pacing--so I respect that aspect, it just didn't hit for me.
