      @ben_heathstone The normal process is still planned to be official patch notes, on the official timeline, with no teaser like this. This was a special case because we wanted to give the esports competitors as much time as possible to plan for this.

        @ben_heathstone We still very much prefer that official announcements happen in all languages at the same time, and doing an emergency thing like this does not provide time for that like official patch notes do--in this case, we just hope the pros outweigh the cons.
