This also seems to cause a bit of confusion, you can not add them to your starting deck (your 15 card deck) until the set is actually out.

@Tabayrak can we get a little confirmation about new perks: can Expedited Burial be drafted by Hunter? can Bronze Signet, Idols of Elune and Battle Stance be draftet by every class?
