      @hsdecktech Yes! Are you able to speak to if/when the Mecha skins will be available for gold? I was surprised when the Book of Heroes skins were available for gold less than a year after release. I’m hoping the same for Mecha skins. 🙏🏼🤖

        @MissRoxyy_ There was a small window where the Alterac BG perks blocked the mega bundle (not intended) before we disabled the BG perks. The solution, if that happened to you, is to reach out to Blizzard CS to get a refund on the standalone BG perks and *then* get the mega bundle.

          @hsdecktech They told me it was too late to refund the gold in time to buy the mega bundle 😭 The bundles are still showing up for me in the shops this morning tho so I don't get it. Sorry to bother you on launch day I know you're swamped plus this is not your area of expertise 🥺

            @MissRoxyy_ Unfortunately, they’re the experts and they know to give refunds for this specific thing if they get asked, so that must be the case for whatever reason, sorry. :( I’d get the smaller pre-purchase and earmark the rest of the money for another bundle later.
