@hsdecktech unrelated but might be a good time to catch you: have you experienced/does the team know about the bugs where you open the game and it just softlocks and you have to restart? for me it's either i get stuck at the tavern doors (connection related) or i get in..

@hsdecktech but 'hearthstone' is greyed out, 'battlegrounds' isn't, and i have to restart no matter what i want to do. not too big a deal, just annoying. seems to happen at least once a day, usually a bit more lately

@jrhsk8 @hsdecktech Yeah, this is an issue where your client has disconnected from the server during login. We're working on handling that failure case better.
