Already submitted a bug report, but is anyone else not still getting Rank 2 bundle offerings? Also, this is the second time in the mercs store that I've been offered a portrait/bundle for a Merc that I have all the portraits.       @ESheepCity So there's maybe a couple things here. 1) did you buy the Rank 1? Because the Rank 2 are locked behind the Rank 1 (then it takes a bit to reset). 2) the team is looking into those not always working--more pronounced with very engaged players who have most things.

        @ESheepCity One thing that seems to be happening is that some players aren't getting their personalized offers on their first login. For those players, it resets after a couple hours and a relog, for whatever reason.

          @hsdecktech I know this was an issue the first time these ranked bundles were a thing, so I've relogged multiple times since my friend got the offer. (Thanks for helping troubleshoot!)
