You click on "add or renew" and it redirects you to "add [only]". If you try to login with your existing info, how one would expect to renew, it gives you an error that you can't add that account b/c it already exists. There are no other interactables.

As far as I can tell, it is literally impossible to renew on the website (where they clearly want you to be doing renewals).

Website still sucks, but after emailing, some helpful humans acted quickly to resolve the issue. Yay humans!

@WeHoCity I'm just sending it by mail again, but I did send the issue to the webmaster in hopes that it can be made functional for next year.
