He's an overt enemy not just of the groups that he preys on for his popularity (gay people, fat people, many others), but of anyone who believes that real medicine is something that should be valued and respected by our society.

Alex Trebek spent his life making _real_ knowledge fun, entertaining and human. And showed that you don't have to defraud, exploit, and attack people in order to do so. He must be rolling in his grave.
