      @Songbird_HS The best way I’ve found to think about it is that we’re talking about banning people from video game tournaments, not sending them to jail. Yeah, investigate first, but if you’re even 60% sure someone’s a creep, get them out. They’ll be fine.

        @TheyCallMeBrino The court of law and the court of public opinion just aren't the same thing. As fucked as that can be, suspending a player pending an investigation is pretty normal practice in esports.

      @Songbird_HS I agree but I want to know how this should look in practice, because I'm sure there are 100s of opinions on what's right and what's wrong.

        @StraightPenguin I honestly don't know. I guess it hasn't been necessary to have a defined process for this in the past.
