Me writing patch notes: Ok.. I want to tell players about all the things.. not TOO detailed because no one wants to read a wall of text.. but not TOO vague because it can be misleading...maybe more colorful so it's doesn't read like a boring commit log.. but not TOO hype either!

@RiotJennisaur Patch Notes are the secretly extremely difficult and time consuming part of game development.
