      fully reimburse my order, because apparently, 1.5-hour later order that was completely cold with missing items wasn't enough to justify it. Not only that, they didn't believe me. They actually conferenced in the driver to match our stories with me on the phone. WHAT?

        You all know me, I've never posted something like this before, so you how upset I am. It's been 3 hours, not a word. I'm done using @Postmates and I highly encourage any of my friends/followers to not use them either. They're disingenuous and unprofessional.

          @BeShuster @Postmates Z and I order delivery probably ~7 times/wk. She uses Postmates and I use DoorDash, so we have greater diversity of choices. Issue rate for Postmates is roughly 5x what it is for DoorDash, I'd say. Postmates notoriously has wrong hours for places, taking orders after closed.

            @Celestalon @Postmates Yea after posting today's "experience" a lot of people have reached out with better alternatives. I've definitely been using Postmates for 5+ years? Definitely down to switch though after this. I'll give DoorDash a try if you recommend it, friend <3 Appreciate you.

              @BeShuster @Postmates Yeah, DoorDash seems solid to me. Can't say I've never had a problem (it's unavoidable), but it's been very rare, and they've refunded whole orders when it has, and have been responsive.
