What if another team than Naventic gets 1st and C9 2nd? Then the two 2nd places of C9 don't matter the 1st place will qualify?

1st place would go to Sweden then.

If Naventic wins again and C9 doesn't get second place, does it work like in EU? C9 and the team that gets second place at this regional play to decide who go to Sweden?
