I do think it's more fair than just having the 2nd place team from Burbank get it.

For the sake of discussion, how would you feel if the 2nd place team from Regional #2 (Burbank) didn't even attend Regional #1 (Austin) but the 3rd place team from Regional #2 took 2nd at Regional #1? (This won't change the ruling for this year, but always like to discuss!)

i'm not 100% sure, but 98% sure chromie is banned at burbank .

Chromie is playable at Burbank. (Provided there is no terrible bug that surfaces that would affect tournament integrity)
