HOTS Logs - Tournament Statistics

    Hi Everyone!

This is Ben from HOTS Logs.

I've been working on putting together a few new pages that will show off statistics from tournaments. These are a bit lacking right now, but I wanted to get a first version out soon to hopefully help users make more informed decisions for their 'Heroes of the Dorm' fantasy brackets :)

I'll continue working on these pages over the next few weeks, adding more info.

Currently the main pages are the 'Event List' and 'Event Overview'

The 'Event List' shows all available data in a hierarchy. I'm excited about how this is set up, because it will let us see data from various sources. Hopefully later in the year we can view the 'Event Overview' for all tournaments in '2016 Events', and see how pro players have performed across the entire year. I'm really hoping I'll be able to continue getting replay files for new tournaments, and continue to add them to this page.

The 'Event Overview' is meant to be the main page, but I still need to add more to this, and figure out some stuff. Currently you can view most of the score screen statistics for players, as well as overall Hero and Talent pick/win rates for the tournament(s).

You can also click on player names to view a tournament-specific 'Player Profile' and from there, a tournament-specific 'Match History.' So if you want to see exactly what matches a specific player was in, you can follow them there.

To help navigation, I'm trying to make the 'Search' textboxes helpful and responsive. For example, from the 'Event Match History' page, you can type in 'Murky Cho Gall' to see the very important matches with Murky and Cho'gall.

I'm also working on a version of this page that will let all players create and track their own team's Quick Match / Hero League / Team League performance :) Hopefully I'll have that ready within a few weeks as well.

Lastly, a very special thanks to /u/Xenramek, /u/CyaSteve, and /u/Khaldor for finding and sharing replay files for the various tournaments, as well as giving their ideas and feedback :)

Let me know if you have any questions or feedback!

    Thanks, Ben

Thanks for putting in the work to make this happen! You're awesome :D
