NA Regional Observer

The observer camera has been very poor for much of the tournament. The constant zooming and missed action has really taken away from the games. The camera does not need to zoom in some attempt to enhance the action, that's what the game play does. Please work on providing a more steady observer for the games. The camera should work in such a way that the viewer doesn't even notice it.
