A person who has prepicked but is afk in draft should absolutely be kicked out

If your pre-picked hero gets picked/banned the game currently just hands you a random hero and keeps you in the game. This obviously is very bad for everyone on the team and usually throws them the match, even if the afk person comes back to play the game. Why can't the game just kick them out and not make everyone on the team play a clearly disadvantageous match? The random-select should absolutely not be a thing. If you fail to pick a hero, you should be kicked out - just like it currently is if you fail to pre-pick.

Even if this is rare, and even if you still have the chance to win the match, there is no reason to let the person get away with being afk. Right now you just need to prepick a hero and that's it. The game can't kick you out if nobody picks/bans your hero, but there should at least be the danger that someone might - and that will guarantee to get you kicked out.
